The hotel is conveniently located, and the staff are friendly and helpful with any questions. It's situated near Terminal 21 and feels safe. I'd like to commend the receptionist for her helpfulness and recommendations. She provided clear directions (Ms. Nok) 😊😊😊

We stayed at this hotel from January 28 to February 11, 2026. It's a wonderful hotel, and we were very pleased. The location is superb, on a quiet street, yet a 5-minute walk from the sea and entertainment. There's a huge shopping center nearby, lots of cafes, markets, and an outlet mall, and the pier is a 10-minute drive away. The room isn't large, but it's clean. They cleaned it every day, changed the towels daily, and changed the linens twice. A balcony would have been nice to dry clothes faster, but that's a minor issue. The room has a kettle, hairdryer, safe, refrigerator, and TV. Beach towels are available at reception. Water, tea, and coffee are provided daily. The breakfasts are varied, and we never got tired of them after two weeks: cereal, fruit, tea, coffee, juices, vegetables, cheese and cold meats, boiled and scrambled eggs (others are available upon request), sausages, meats, side dishes, pastries, jams, soups... Basically, you won't go hungry. The staff is very helpful, leaving us a gift in our room several times, and they always communicate in English, so we had no problems. A wonderful hotel, we highly recommend it.

The room was cleaner and more comfortable than expected, and the staff were friendly. The location was also convenient, close to Terminal 21 and the beach. I had to check out early the next day, so I couldn't enjoy breakfast, which was a shame, but it was a decent stay. However, although I booked a city view, my room was a wall view, which was a bit disappointing. Given the hotel's layout, most other rooms would have a view of the wall. It would have been nice to have been able to check the weather and enjoy the sky without having to worry about the wall.
