One good thing about this hotel is the location. The rest... I don't even want to start about it. Loud noise until 3.40 am, no wifi, no breakfast (while we were told there was), no service, sink leaks gallons of water when you simply wanna brush your teeth, no soap, no nothing. Bed was broken, tap wobbly and leaking etc, etc... we had to move to another hotel as this was just not doable. I want to precise that we are easy going people travelling the world, stayed in humble places in Ecuador, Italy, Slovakia etc... but this is ABSOLUTELY not recommended.

READ TO THE END. We arrived at the apartment and almost ran away. I was a guest and couldn't help but take action. My friend and hostess got desperate and completely froze. The smell of chicken and dirt was shocking. The fluid stains, whose origins I can't imagine, were visible on the dining room curtains, the bedroom curtains, and the bedspread and sofa covers, all of which were sailor fabric. I have to say that despite taking down the curtains, replacing part of the sofa cover, removing and replacing a rotten coffee maker, and wiping down all the countertops with ammonia, it wasn't enough for us. They charged our four days of vacation, and the company offered us nothing to compensate for the damage. Yes, we had an offer from them: if we paid more, they would give us another apartment that had been vacated. I also want to say that they offered us the option to leave if we saw fit and they would refund our money. It was the week of the Sitges Film Festival, and everything was booked up. And finally, I want to share photos and a video of a tenant who was living in the house as if he had always been. It was a very bad experience, and I do apologize to Francisca, the cleaner, who did her best.

My experience was terrible, everything was very dirty, when I arrived I started cleaning, the curtains were filthy, they took them away and left us without them, we were on the ground floor and with the light on you could see everyone in front of us, a huge cat got in and there was no way to get it out, the mattress was 15 centimeters shorter than the box spring, the walls, bedspread, and blankets had stains, it was a terrible 4 days, they offered us another apartment paying more and it was not little what I had already paid, I sent them photos and contributed everything I could and without a response, I do not recommend it.
