I have been here 4 days in Room 111 and everything has been wonderful. My plans were canceled so I ended up staying here more than I had intended and every employee has been unbelievably sweet and helpful. Morning and night crew. The room is clean, and they literally come every morning to clean it for the day and check if you need anything. I stay in alot of hotels and I can't tell you how refreshing it is to talk to hotel staff that speak English. The beds in this room are awesome and the pillows are just perfect in my opinion, quite comparable to The Hilton in Alpharetta GA (Perimeter) which I stay in often. I take my own pillow everywhere and I used theirs. I 100% recommend this hotel. The women here clearly take hospitaly seriously. It's a small town hotel doing it right.

Well haven't had hot water in a day. When we talked to the lady at the front desk she said im not the repair man it's not my problem.

Came here to deal with the passing of a family member in town. This being the only hotel in the town. Staff were in the lobby on their phone and not behind the desk being professional. We stayed in Room 109. First I want people to know that rooms are literally connected together by a locked door this being said we were able to hear every noise and conversation with the people checked into the room next to us. I know they allow pets but it should be asked when reserving a room if you want to be placed next to someone who's brought a pet. Given this is in the middle of nowhere, they were hardly anybody checked into the hotel. So we were placed in a room hearing everyone's conversation and every now and then their dog barking. Can you imagine trying to sleep and you hear a sudden bark in the room next to you in the night. This is not to mention that the beds are so firm. It was like sleeping on the floor. They are staining everywhere on furnitureand floors.When you look at their website pictures, they are literally done around the time the hotel was built. Not its current condition.So it has a funky smell, and water was actually leaking from the base of the sink. They are no ice bin or hotel cups.In the room, as suggested in their pictures. Also I think it should be reported when they state on their website. They provide a free continental breakfast which I don't think they know what that word means. All they offer you is 2 options of dried cereal. Don't think I will stay again. Definitely, looks like nothing has been replaced or up-to-date since it was built. Makes me wonder if you are having pets in some of these rooms. Are you having them properly cleaned to avoid cross-contamination with people who have allergies? As there are no rooms that are designated for just pets or no pets.
