Wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel. Disgusting is the best word I can use for it. The smell is unbelievable. I don’t think they own a vacuum. My bed looked like it was slept in by raccoons, stains everywhere. Most disgusting Hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I actually didn’t stay. I made them give me a refund.

Avoid if possible. This is place is dirty. The first thing you will notice is the smell. The hallway stinks really bad. And the rooms also do too though not as much as the hallway. The carpet in my room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in over a month. The surfaces of the lamps, end tables, and dresser all had grime/splotches on them. The toilet wasn't fully cleaned. There was old soap left in the shower. Those are just the cleanliness issues with the room. The room was in an unacceptable state of disrepair for the price. Missing grout and sealer in the shower tiles. Half missing drying racks in the bathroom. The bathroom flooring was soft and rippled, it felt like it had been installed on water damaged subfloor that would give out any moment. Rust on the lamps. The window banged against itself in the wind for most of the night. I could dismiss 1 or 2 cosmetic issues if that were the only issue with the place, things happen. But the multitude of issues combined with the cleanliness problems are unacceptable. Was told breakfast was available until 10am. Went at 9:45 and everything had been put away already. I canceled my second night and checked out early. The desk attendant said she couldn't give me a refund for the canceled 2nd night because I wasn't giving 24hrs notice from the daily check in time of 3:00pm earlier that day. Nevermind that I had only made my reservation at like 9pm that day.I wouldnt have even stayed the 1 night and canceled on the spot if it wasn't already 11:30pm when I checked in and I had been driving for the last 14 hrs that day. I had to call booking.com and speak to customer service to get a refund initiated. Even only paying for the 1 night I stayed, I still feel like I was ripped off.
