READ THE BAD REVIEWS HERE & BELIEVE THEM!! BEDBUGS & ROACHES We had the worst experience here! This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to and I wish we would have left sooner! We found a roach all 3 days we stayed. We should have left sooner but I was just trying not to be a complainer, however, on our last morning (we stayed 3 days in a filthy room), I saw a bedbug scurrying across the bed I was sleeping in!!! To say I shrieked was an understatement before I went to smash the sucker! I have attached photos to this review starting with the bedbug, 1 of the roaches we were able to catch and kill, out of 3, and some of the state of the room when we came in. We should have taken more pictures but we just wanted out of there asap that morning considering myself and my family member both had 5 and 12 hr drives back to our places of residence and now we needed to bag up and treat our luggage to top things off. Read the bad reviews here and BELIEVE THEM!! When we went to front desk to complain about how unacceptable this is as now we had to go through the extra steps to treat our luggage to ensure we didn't bring any passengers home, it came off as they know of the problems, that we have to submit proof /pictures if we wanted a refund AND we needed to call in the next day to speak with management because there was nothing front desk could do for us. Please see attached photos. Check your rooms. I didn't find bed bugs in the seams of the bed but I didn't think to look at headboards after looking up how to check for more bedbugs. Avoid this place at ALL costs!!! This is not what you want to deal with when you've driven 12 hours and need a place to rest.

Disgusting and filthy, and to top it all off, they charged me $100 because they said I left the place dirty. I asked to be moved from that room for that very reason: there was dog pee in it, or who knows what else. The bathroom was dirty with hair, the lamp had to be lifted and held up to turn on, and the phone didn't work at all. I have proof of all this, and they charged my card $100 because, according to them, the room was clean and I made it dirty. In other words, they gave me one room, moved me to another, and charged me for two rooms.
