We booked a stay from Sunday, November 23rd through Friday, November 28th, and unfortunately this has been the worst lodging experience we have ever had. When we arrived, we loaded our luggage onto a rolling cart and entered the building, only to overhear another guest complaining about roaches in his room and requesting to be moved. We asked the staff for the elevator location since we were assigned to the second floor with a full cart, and were told there was no elevator. Because of that, I asked my husband to check our room before we carried everything upstairs. He returned to say that none of the lights worked. We requested a new room on the first floor. When we entered, we immediately noticed a bug behind the refrigerator and spiders in the room. We inspected the bedding and didn’t see stains or visible pests, so we tried to make it work. On day one, we requested towels around noon but were told they wouldn’t be available until 3 p.m. We spotted one additional bug that day. On day two, I killed two bugs and saw another crawling on the wall. At that point, we packed up our belongings because we refuse to stay in a place that is clearly infested. Regardless of budget, no one should have to pay to sleep in a room with roaches. This stay has been disgusting, disturbing, and completely unacceptable. We are new to the state and are actively looking for permanent housing, so we simply cannot afford to stay in expensive hotels while we search. But “affordable” does not mean anyone deserves unsafe or unsanitary conditions. We will be contacting corporate regarding this matter. This location needs serious attention and improvement.

This place is a dump. TV - not working. Hair dryer- not working. Who ever is supposed to clean the place, must have missed it. Dust everywhere. Walls are scuffed and falling apart. Hallway carpeting was disgusting. Spend a little more and a stay elsewhere.
