I came here with my wife for my father’s funeral. The only place to stay close to the town we had to visit. The rooms out of date and dirty. Not much for breakfast and my wife and myself was very disappointed.

I don’t even know where to begin. This was an emergency booking and we needed a pet friendly handicap accessible room. So beggars can’t be choosers. HOWEVER, we are not picky room service people. But when I had to go ask daily for towels! I have pet and cleaning towels in better condition than what they hand out. I had to justify needing more than TWO small very thin towels. I certainly wasn’t stealing them! We were away from the room ALL DAY and were told the room would be cleaned and bed changed. We left money $10 on the bed as is our custom for house keeping. Not only wasn’t the bed made or towels left but we had 4 days of trash that had not been picked up! The night clerk heard my complaint and brought towels and picked up the trash I set outside our room. He just shrugged and said “management” and I said well your management sucks! Every time I went to the front desk FOR TOWELS I had to ring a bell and wait for “management” to come out of the back. I think management should be picking up trash in the rooms and changing beds. Because they obviously don’t have a house keeping staff of any sort. Unfortunately, this was the only available place to stay for our needs. But it will be the LAST TIME!
