Absolutely horrible. The continental breakfast is PATHETIC. Apple/Orange juice and coffee. And old 5-10+ day expired Yogurt. The apple juice machine dispenses black chunks into the drink, indicating it hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. My father and I stayed here for an extended stay (~3 weeks) and were treated like crap by the staff. The only person who was friendly to me during my entire stay was an older white lady who usually works evenings/nights at the front desk. I wish I knew her name. Keni, the manager (darker skin, possibly Indian) was hateful and unfriendly. She didn’t speak to me at all during our stay. Everybody acted like we were a huge inconvenience even though we didn’t bother anybody and stayed out of the way. Every single night we stayed there, front desk put people above our rooms to stomp around and slam stuff down on the floor, literally all day and night long. They never had a “full house”, so I can’t help but feel like it was out of spite for some reason. Why’d they have to be in the room directly above us? The microwave didn’t work. The hot water was only hot sometimes. The bathroom was missing caulking and the shower head had so much mineral buildup it sprayed out in every direction. The mattress cover had big brown stains on it. The carpet was filthy, and will turn a pair of white socks BLACK in 5 minutes. They bother you constantly about housekeeping coming into your room and snooping around. We didn’t need our beds made and floor vacuumed every 2 days, but they acted like it was a requirement. Such a huge inconvenience when you’re just trying to unwind. I’m a diabetic, and one night when my sugar was low I went to the front desk to ask for a cup of their moldy apple juice. I literally got yelled at and told “ITS ONLY FOR BREAKFAST” Well, my father and I spend $2000+ to stay here in this moldy stinky marijuana smelling hotel for the last month, but you can’t spare a tiny cup of moldy apple juice? I will never stay at this place again. Absolutely horrible. It’d be less horrible if it wasn’t for the HATEFUL staff and housekeeping. Save your money and go somewhere else.
