⭐ 1-Star Review Absolutely Horrible Experience – Roaches, Bed Bugs, and Filthy Conditions I’m honestly still in disbelief at how awful our stay was. The first room we were given smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. We asked to be moved right away, and the staff switched us to another room — but it somehow got worse from there. Within hours, we saw roaches crawling around, and later that night, we found bed bugs in the bed. My mother was bitten all over her arms and legs — it was disgusting and completely unacceptable. When we called the front desk, all they said was that they could “switch our room.” They didn’t seem surprised or concerned at all, which tells me this clearly isn’t a new problem. We were so uncomfortable and horrified that we had to leave in the middle of the night and find another hotel just to feel safe enough to sleep. This property clearly has serious cleanliness and pest control issues that need to be addressed immediately. No guest should ever have to go through what we did. Between the bites, the stress, and the extra expense of booking another hotel, this experience was beyond unacceptable. I strongly urge management and corporate to take this seriously and issue a full refund. The conditions here were unsafe, unsanitary, and nothing close to what was advertised.
