We stayed at this property from December 30, 2025 to January 5, 2025 - double room - ground floor. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the listing or photos shown on Airbnb. The gap between expectations and reality was significant. The two stars are given solely for the staff, who were responsive and tried to address the issues we reported during our stay. Main issues encountered: - The room was very cold at check-in (later fixed) - Cold air and wind could be felt inside even with windows closed - Cleanliness was poor: stained bed sheets with hair on them (changed after complaint) - Towels were stained and worn (grayish instead of white) - Bathroom fixtures (toilet, shower, sink, shelf) were dirty and only partially cleaned - Dirty and stained floor, radiator, curtains, and walls - Dust everywhere - Very dirty refrigerator - TV did not work for the entire stay - The room was extremely small, barely enough space to open luggage. The room size is not mentioned in the listing, which feels misleading - Additionally, there were no hooks or hangers for clothes or towels, neither in the room nor in the bathroom. While I understand that local standards may differ, the difference between the Airbnb photos and the actual conditions was extreme. At checkout, the host sent me the following message through Airbnb: "I gave you a nice review and 5 points. I want a nice review and 5 points from you too." This review reflects our honest experience, and such messages do not influence our feedback. I hope this helps future guests set realistic expectations before booking.
