If there is no one at the reception, you cannot check in until they arrive. They do not inform about the opening hours anywhere and you have to wait on the street despite having the reservation confirmed with them via chat the day before. This happened to us in the middle of winter and with two small children.

A big thank you to Leila for her warm welcome and kindness; without her, the rating would have been lower because room 115 is noisy, even with the air conditioning off, it was still bothersome. But thanks to the staff's friendliness, this inconvenience was forgotten.

I spent one night at this hotel using a Wonderbox gift voucher. Overall, the stay went well, but a few things surprised me upon arrival, notably the tourist tax being requested the day before, as well as an unpleasant odor in the hotel. The room is simple, which suits me, but I think there aren't enough power outlets near the bed to easily charge devices. On the other hand, the bedding was very comfortable. The biggest plus was the breakfast. The next morning, two staff members were there, and they were absolutely lovely, very welcoming, and professional. We had a wonderful time thanks to them. After reading the various reviews, I understand the generally positive feedback. Aside from two or three things that could be improved to fully reach the level of a three-star hotel, the experience was still quite good. I wouldn't hesitate to return!
