This is a three star hotel, so I can hardly expect more. It is a 3 star. Not 2 or 4 for me. The bed linen, the bed were clean but unfortunately not the bathroom. There were absolutely terrible white stains on the walls and on the seat upon arrival. I asked for a baby bed by email before arrival, they said they would fix it without a problem. It was not in the room, when I asked the reception they said check and let me know if it is not there. I asked the cleaning ladies, they did not have time to fix it. She alone said that they did not have. I did not feel like talking/discussing with anyone. Went to the store, when I came back they had gone into my room and put it away… I think it should have been there and that they should not have gone in without asking! The hotel certainly has guests who behave with a lack of manners and respect at that price... when eggs, cheese and vegetables are the only things I can eat during breakfast - the other guests take and move around with bacon, eggs and everything with the same spoon. The egg tasted like meat! The hotel should not have the only three hot dishes in ONE hot pot! I can add that it is/was not possible to drive a wheelchair or stroller down to the restaurant/breakfast.

The reception staff were very nice and helpful, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, the hallways were very noisy, and you could hear everything that was happening both outside the room and from the neighboring rooms. People talking and walking in the hallways were very disturbing. We stayed here for two nights, and I could hardly sleep because of the noise. The price was reasonable, so I understand that the standard is not top, but I think the hotel should do something about the soundproofing so that guests are not so disturbed by noise from outside
