If you are depending on any amenities you see listed online, call them first to see if they are available. This is my main advice. We booked through the centralized Best Western booking system... they said that an adjoining rooms were available, and we saw that there was an indoor pool. I called them locally before we arrived and learned that the door to the only adjoining rooms was broken (seems like there was no ETA to fix this) and the indoor pool was out of service. Be aware that this hotel is inexpensive for a reason. Other than that, everything was smooth for us. Everything was good with breakfast. We left our kid's favorite stuffed animal in our room at check out and housekeeping had kindly saved it for us.

DO NOT STAY HERE !! We booked three rooms. We got in late and went to our rooms. Only one of the two were clean. The other two were not. When we called down the lady at the front desk told us they were booked and no other rooms were available. One of the rooms still had the pile of dirty laundry on the floor and the beds were not made. The other room has dirty towels laying over the beds and beer in the fridge which is fine if it wasn’t a room for high school wrestlers. We did not stay in the room with the un made beds but since the toddler used the bathroom they refused to refund us. The other room that only had dirty towels we had to go to Walmart to buy an air mattress for the kids to sleep on. We would have went and to another hotel in the area however with the huge tournament going on there were no more rooms available anywhere. Also the Hot Tub was freezing cold !! The guy working the front desk refused to refund us even though the lady working the night before told us we could get a refund. He was rude and ignorant.

It is very important that if you have a large dog or a bully breed, you do not book with this hotel. Unfortunately, they do not have any pet policy posted. I booked through Expedia, and when I arrived, an older white woman with a rose tattoo on her neck at the front desk rudely refused to give me a room, even though I had already paid for it. I contacted Expedia, but they were unable to issue a refund at the time. When I informed her of this, she said it wasn’t her problem because she wasn’t in charge of the website and offered no solution. I then asked another front desk staff member (a very kind young woman) for help, but the older woman kept interrupting, claiming the breed of my dog was aggressive, even though he was calm and leashed. When I asked her to contact a manager, she became angry and tried to remove me from the property without offering a refund or any assistance in resolving the issue with Expedia or the hotel. She eventually called her manager, and after being yelled at and threatened with removal, I finally received a solution. The younger staff member was wonderful and even apologized on her behalf. It is extremely important that the hotel clearly posts their pet policy before guests book and pay for rooms they are later told they cannot stay in.
