It was a hotel we stayed at with a group of students, and we had a nightmare night with our students and teacher colleagues. The hotel has so many problems that it's impossible to list them all. First of all, it's a very dirty hotel; the bidet in the toilet is broken and constantly leaks water; the sheets and pillowcases are yellowed; there are cigarette burns on the beds; the shower heads are rusty; the air conditioners don't work; the food is absolutely terrible... that's all I can think of. At the end of the night, we barely managed to get out of the hotel and moved to another one. It definitely doesn't deserve even one star.

I stayed one night and was extremely satisfied. The hotel staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The room I stayed in was extremely comfortable. I am going to Kusadasi for a holiday and Surtel Hotel will be my choice every time I go. Everything is at your fingertips thanks to its location.

A 3-star hotel right in the center, next to the castle and the harbor, ATMs and cafes are very close by, the staff is friendly, the pool restaurant upstairs serves a very good breakfast, and the breakfast is excellent, with above-standard fruit juices and coffee. The room rates are very reasonable. It's very quiet and comfortable during the winter season. The rooms are clean. The TV and beds are old, and the channels need updating.
