The service was great. But kindly you need to do something about the rooms...the wash rooms to be specific....Aslo address the issues of not having water in those rooms...it's very uncouth. Thanks

We stayed at sweet lake resort for 1 night. The people who work at this facility are very kind and accommodating and this overall review has nothing to do with them. the employees were helpful and kind throughout our stay. When we first arrived to our room, we noticed our mattress was sunken in very deeply, it would have definitely not be comfortable to sleep on and the person who walked us to our room was also astonished by the mattress therefore we were then given a new room. New room was also pretty bad, overall I think sweet lake resort really needs serious renovations. The main door has a 2 inch gap from the floor so anything can crawl into the room, the windows don't fully close, the bathroom door doesn't open fully nor does it close since the door latch has no hinge to fit in to. I was happy they provided a mosquito net however there were so many dead bugs in it, it really needed a wash. Pillow cases smelled like body odor, needed better washing. Overall room was very dirty. Dinner food we ordered from menu, we ordered chicken sandwich and asian chicken with rice. chicken for both entrees was dry, waitress forgot the rice so it came out much later unfortunately. Fries were good. Breakfast was a buffet and it was good. Overall, I would not recommend staying here and we were not happy to stay here either. Who ever owns this, please renovate the people who work for you deserve better!
