Unfortunately, a disappointment. Absolutely not a 4*... Unfortunately, the "cleanliness" was poor; stains on the carpets in the hallways were terribly noticeable, and the carpeting in general was practically screaming for replacement. In the "clean" room, immediately after check-in... There were crumbs all over the carpet... plenty... in this type of standard, bottled water, etc., should be mandatory, but it wasn't... 90% of the amenities required for a 4* rating were missing. Breakfasts were either quite tasty or very poor. In the afternoon, when entering the restaurant, we only ordered drinks, which took forever to arrive; the restaurant was empty... At check-in, we checked the bill to make sure the breakfasts we had ordered before arrival were included in the price. We were told they were and paid... but on the day of check-out, it turned out they weren't, making it unpleasant and awkward... Nothing. At check-out we reported "mistakes and shortcomings" which will probably not be reported anywhere, and we did not hear a simple "sorry" either.....

Came here for 3 nights with my husband . Room well . Carpets dirty . No coffee or sugar . Arrived Friday left Monday . Not once did we have our room cleaned . Told the receptionist every morning and he told me don’t worry we will get it cleaned tomorrow . Our bucket was full we had no coffee or milk sugar no clean towels and ran out for toilet roll . That’s the bad news . The good news is. Staff are very friendly . Breakfast was ok enough for all different people from different country . Coffee was lovely .
