Adalina who is the first person you see at Breakfast has the widest smile in the world that greets you every morning ! Her ability to react to exactly what you need at your is amazing because she quickly observes what is finishing and always asks if someone wants more of the same or if anyone wants anything else. This kind of service is what will set any hotel apart from others, even though it may be lacking in certain amenities and facilities. As far as Facilities go, I actually paid for a Deluxe Room in 304 thinking I will definitely enjoy the larger space. I appreciate the space for sure and I was really excited when there was a seperate Table near the Window which I thought will be perfetc for me to use my Laptop and work on without disturning anyone who might be sleeping but I was totally shocked to find out that there was no powerpoint at all near that table ! What a waste !!! Was this supposed to be a Makeup Table ? Please seriously consider installing a Power Point next to this table for those who want to use this for their Office use. You cannot be expecting someone to work on the Long Table right below the TV as it will block someone else from watching TV ! Come on, I am sure your Hotel Designers are smarter than that right ? The Curtains on the Window along the wall (next to the extra Table) cannot be fully closed. There is a very tiny gap left open because the curtain is stuck. Luckily the Main Curtains along the Window next to the Bed have no such issues. Hvaving a Bathtub in the Toilet was great and the water pressure and the Heat was strong and consstent respectively. However, the Bathtub Drainage is terrible ! The water goes down very very slowly and it feels like I am bathing in Ankle Deep Floodwater because it does not go down quickly ! Of course, eventually it goes down but the point is you need to have a better mechanism for the Bath Tub stopper. You need to allow guests to remove this fully when they are standing and showering in the Bathtub and at the same time to be able to fix it properly back and fully closed when someone is filling up the Bathtub to have a Long Bath. If not, you should provide seperate Shower and Bathtub. People come back and stay in Hotels because of the amazing service that they receive when they are there. You also have a wonderful front desk reception, Team, that is very observant and full of initiative. You need to continue, spotting talent like Adalina To work in your hotel so that it becomes an outstanding tourist destination for holiday makers from Singapore like me. That being said, please improve the areas I had mentioned earlier in terms of the amenities. You need to get the Design of these important elements correct especially since you are a reputed chain of Hotels with so many hotels worldwide.
