Great location and fantastic views of the harbour bridge and sky tower. We booked a three bedroom apartment and were very disappointed. Staff member on reception wasn’t the most personable person, hard to understand and car parking instructions were confusing. The apartment itself, although had great views was extremely tired and could do with a deep clean. Carpets were stained. Couch was stained. The blinds were dirty, some were torn. Not blackouts in the bedrooms if that bothers you. The apartment smelt weird, almost like urine being masked by cleaning product. We opened all the doors to try and air the smell out. Didn’t really help. The walls were all marked, had dings and all need a good clean. One of the bed sheets had a stain on it (was clean though, we think ..). There was rubbish or laundry bags stored in the fire emergency stairwell the first night, though that had been removed the next day - not a good look in an emergency. Breakfast was abysmal. We hadn’t opted for breakfast, thank goodness, and glad we hadn’t. Ranchslider windows in dining room were dirty. Outside furniture very tired. Honestly, I know it’s hard to find three bedroom apartments in the CBD, but for $940 a night the cleanliness of this was very disappointing.
