They are liars. No matter where I booked this hotel, there was a swimming pool in all the pictures. I specifically booked this hotel because I thought they had a pool. When I arrived, they said they don't have a pool. Liars!

Plenty to do nearby, the staff are amazing. Always with a smile and super helpful. The amuse bar has excellent drinks and service. I’ve stayed at this hotel three times and seen a lot of the same people so they probably treat their staff well.

The property appeared well maintained, especially the lobby and hallway areas. Staff regularly checked guest needs without being intrusive. I requested a wake-up call and it came exactly at the scheduled time. That reliability matters.
