The hotel stay was fantastic! The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to get around by taxi or subway – the subway station is just steps away, only a short walk across the street. A special thank you to the Concierge Manager, Eric Jin, whose service was truly impressive. He not only enthusiastically assisted us with our courier services but also personally helped us carry our luggage, escorted us to our room, and thoughtfully provided us with practical travel tips for Shenyang. Before our departure, he even arranged transportation to the high-speed rail station for us – very considerate indeed. If there were an award for Best Employee, I would vote for Eric. Eric's professionalism and enthusiasm made us truly appreciate the hotel's outstanding service quality. Highly recommended!

I stay at Swissotel Shenyang for 4 nights. The place is very convenient. There is a metro station just opposite the Hotel main entrance 青年公园站. I was very impressed by the Concierge Manager Mr Eric Jin. I was having some issues with parcel deliveries. They were sent to a nearby locker instead of the hotel Concierge. Eric brought me to the lockers to take out the goods, helped to bring up to the room and arranged for an air humidifier for us. He gave us some recommendations on what to do, where to go and what to eat at Shenyang. We are very appreciative of his hospitality. If the hotel has a best staff award, pls cast my vote to Mr Eric Jin. 👍😊 For Accor Platinum members, you can get a set dinner with a drink at their pub during the happy hours when staying there. I will recommend my friends to stay at this hotel when at Shenyang.
