I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel due to multiple unauthorized credit card charges. My credit card was charged several times, so I contacted the hotel by email to request a transaction statement and a refund for the duplicated amounts. Unfortunately, the hotel never responded at all. This issue involves customers’ money, and the complete lack of communication is extremely unprofessional. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve their customer service and take responsibility for billing issues

The hotel was nice and the room as well but every time that I went to take the lift it will take at least 10’ to come. When I had to do the check out I went to take the lift at 10.30, and we have been waiting for 25’ (I’m not exaggerating) they will take so long to come and every time they did they were full so we couldn’t get in. So we decided to take the stairs and it was such a bad idea, it didn’t have an exit to the lobby. We had to go all the way down to the street and it let us out around the corner of the hotel. Very useless
