The hotel has a fantastic location with a great view of Marina Bay! Check-in was smooth and very straightforward! The staff helped with self-check-in and were very accommodating. The rooms were very clean, and towels were changed twice a day. An absolutely fantastic hotel where everything was perfect!

The location is great with panaromic views to die for. Best for staycations , we had a lovely experience for our anniversary..... great room decor , friendly staff. The best part was to spend the evening in the bar Rouge on 71st floor of Swissotel .... with amazing drinks, romantic vibes and great ambience.... lovely night to remember.

The staff who helped with check-in were very friendly, fluent in both Mandarin and Taiwanese, making us feel right at home. The housekeeping staff (Shoudi and Merry) were also excellent; they cleaned very thoroughly and were very polite. On our last night, they even gave us a surprise (a lovely towel decoration), which we loved! The only downside was that when we returned to our room after breakfast on our last day, we later discovered the door lock was out of power. Although the staff were very polite, we were in a hurry to check out and get to the airport, and it was a bit of a hassle. Hopefully, the hotel could have a system for regularly checking the door lock's power!
