This hotel is a complete disgrace. It is really a one star hotel masquerading as a three star, and the only thing it has going for it is the location. The service has been appalling from start to finish. The front desk staff are ineffective, dismissive, and seem incapable of taking ownership of even the simplest issue. Every complaint is pushed aside with “come back later,” only for you to face a different member of staff and have to explain everything all over again. The rooms are tiny, badly maintained, and smell unpleasant. The air conditioning is clearly on its last legs, the housekeeping is substandard, and even basic things like fresh bedsheets were not provided. When the room was finally cleaned after repeated complaints, personal belongings were thrown away. The wider condition of the hotel is no better. The lifts are frequently out of service, toilets are broken, and the whole place feels tired, neglected, and falling apart. What is most infuriating is the complete lack of accountability. The General Manager is unreachable, emails go unanswered, and genuine complaints are ignored. The only time this hotel seems to respond is under online reviews, where they post robotic copy and paste template replies instead of addressing the serious problems guests are actually facing. Given the number of glowing ratings, the positive reviews are difficult to trust, especially when so many appear to come from brand new accounts and say nothing of substance. This hotel caused stress, frustration, and disappointment, especially given the amount of money paid. Avoid it. There are far better places nearby, and almost anywhere else would be an upgrade.

They can afford to give the worst service in the history of hotels ... Because of their location. Othe than that, they don't care. Customer service is non existent Empty promises fill the hallways. They treat you like monkeys in a zoo . Keep telling you to come back after 2 hours. As if you come here to go up, down, up, down to reception who just don't care. There has been zero investment in this hotel in the last 7 years. It's breaking down. Lifts are small and half the time at least one of the 3 is out of order. Staff need training on better manners. But they just don't care. Never coming back here It's a nice hotel if you are used to being treated like an animal and front desk staff take great pleasure in making you run around.
