Strongly Not Recommended! Avoid This Hotel in Tallinn! I chose this hotel for a New Year’s Eve trip, and it was an absolute disaster. The room’s basic facilities were completely unusable: • The shower drain was blocked, causing water to overflow and flood the bathroom floor. • The water pressure was so low that washing properly was impossible. • The hair dryer didn’t work, leaving me unable to dry my hair in -7°C freezing weather, which is unacceptable. I reported the issues to reception, but the staff did not apologize, provide any guidance, or show any willingness to help. I requested a replacement hair dryer or a room change, but both were denied, even though rooms were clearly available. The following day, new staff members were completely unaware of the situation due to poor handover, showing a complete lack of professionalism. I paid a high price for a hotel room, yet I couldn’t even use the most basic facilities. No explanation, no compensation, no apology. This ruined what was supposed to be a special New Year’s Eve, and caused unnecessary stress and discomfort. There are many better hotels in Tallinn. Do yourself a favor: choose another hotel. Protect your time, money, and sanity.
