Very disappointing day-use experience for a 4-star hotel. I’ve been here several times before, but this was the worst service so far. Staff were okay, food was average, but overall the service was poor. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it.

Hotel located in the south of the island, about 45 minutes by shuttle from the airport. A very good stay and great satisfaction with the Tam-Tam Club, which guarantees activities for children and is very attentive. The room: a large room with a private terrace. It could use a little updating, but it didn't really impact the stay as most of the time was spent in the different parts of the hotel and outdoors. The pools: 3 accessible pools and direct beach access from the room. The buffet: During our 9-day stay at the hotel, the buffet was very good and varied, with a different theme each evening. The Christmas buffet was exceptional! The staff: very welcoming, very helpful, and responsive! Any small problem is resolved within the hour. The entertainment team is very friendly (Nathanael, Blink, Sébastien, Kévin). WARNING: they don't know how to keep score in volleyball 🤣 but they create a fantastic atmosphere. The entire stay went very well; we were very satisfied and would recommend it. A rental car is necessary if you want to get around, as the area is very rural, there's no train line, and not many buses. We contacted ARS Car Rental (via WhatsApp), which was very responsive and reasonably priced. They're located just 10 minutes from the hotel and can drop off and pick up the vehicle directly in the parking lot. They can also deliver the vehicle to the airport upon arrival.

A huge thank you to the entire entertainment team who made our stay unforgettable! Our little Merry was truly pampered at the TamTamClub and loved going there, even when there were few children. The room: very spacious with a lovely scent of essential oils upon arrival. A few things could be improved, but they didn't spoil our stay at all. The food: the buffet was fantastic, especially for Christmas; we were spoiled with lots of special touches. Throughout the week, we were able to try various specialties and new items at the main buffet and breakfast. Entertainment: whether it was the evening entertainment team, the sports activities, or the TamTamClub, they were all wonderful and dedicated! Facilities: what can we say about the three Santosha pools and the giant games in Studio 17? We tried and enjoyed everything! Our only regret is not being able to try the Playa, so we'll have to come back! Just a quick note, I recommend renting a car to freely explore the surrounding area and enjoy all the natural spots that the south of the island has to offer.
