Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. We were able to take advantage of almost all the amenities of the Palais (café, dinner, breakfast, and spa), and everything was excellent. We would love to return anytime and look forward to staying at this wonderful hotel in a prime location with such friendly and professional staff.

We visited the alpine hut for a cozy fondue evening with friends. The hut exudes a lovely alpine atmosphere and is very comfortable. We had both cheese and meat fondue. Unfortunately, the meat fondue contained far too little meat. Ten paper-thin slices of chicken or veal... about 50 grams total for two people. While there were also small pieces of vegetables and potatoes, for €90, one should at least be able to leave satisfied. Luckily, there was unlimited bread, which could be dipped in various sauces. So, no one had to leave hungry. With a meat fondue, one naturally expects meat to be the main ingredient. It was a nice experience, but we won't be repeating it due to the poor value for money.

3/1/26-6/1/26 Room 220 2 adults + 1 child + Marvie It was only two days ago this time, and everything was perfect again (as always). There's a "forest cabin" open until the end of February where you can have cheese fondue, which was so delicious, and the wine (Hill 2) was great too. 👍 The service was perfect. Many thanks to all the staff.
