Summary: VERY little professionalism and ZERO customer service. We stayed in a nice room, except for the lack of hot water, then cold water. We were woken up every morning at five because there was a window in the room that COULDN'T be blacked out, even after repeated requests, nothing was done. The food was practically disgusting; the cafeterias looked like a Michelin-starred restaurant in comparison, and the excuse for everything was that the staff were new hires (a detail I don't care about). In short, it was a real Caporetto: we were mocked for asking for chocolate to fill our croissants in the morning, and we were mocked every morning for this request and for arriving ten minutes before the end of breakfast to find nothing even though we were still in time. Cutlery cleaned with vinegar during breakfast, and a thousand other things that are in line with the description just given. Everything could have been resolved with an apology and a small discount, but for every comment made by the customers (us) a justification was immediately ready, even when at the end of the stay I said that I had no use for excuses, others were found.

Completely different from what it appears online. Rude staff, especially the lady at reception, who mocked them for routine requests (such as problems with the room or during meals). Inedible food and poor breakfast: when we mentioned this, we were told that at the beginning of the season (June), it's normal for the staff to be uncoordinated. Of course, I'm not even mentioning the poor cleanliness of the room (dead insects everywhere). It doesn't even deserve one star.
