Great hotel, would pass out again!

I stayed here on a business trip on January 11, 2026. This hotel, located closest to the station, was perfect for traveling by bus. I booked through Trivago and paid a few days prior to my stay. I was excited to try the breakfast, as reviews on Google Maps suggested it was excellent. In fact, it was...very good. The hotel itself opened in 2012, so the interior is spotlessly clean and tidy. I stayed in a single room, but the semi-double bed was just the right firmness for a comfortable night's sleep. The bedside table was convenient. I appreciate hotels that pay attention to these little details. First of all, the unit bath in the room had a sliding door (see video). While most rooms have a step and a door, this design is barrier-free and friendly for those with mobility issues. The TV was a large 32-inch, but the remote control was a bit unresponsive, requiring me to stand it up to change channels, which felt a bit odd. Perhaps it's no surprise that it's a Hitachi TV. The welcome drink of chilled mineral water in the refrigerator was also a nice touch. I've rarely seen a hotel in a rural area where the refrigerator is already cold upon check-in. (Most hotels only turn it on when needed to save money...I think.) The bathrobe, or rather the indoor wear, is also comfortable. The shower water pressure is just what you'd expect. Just because your water pressure is usually strong doesn't mean the hotel you're staying at is designed for everyone. It's nonsense to expect the same level of water pressure from a hotel. It's adult not to bother writing a review about something like that. lol If I had to point out a flaw, it would be that while the hotel's website lists a vending machine in the facility guide, its location is not specified on the website or in the hotel guide in the drawer, so it's unclear. It's a bit disappointing, considering it would be easier to just go to the Lawson next door rather than go to the front desk. Also, the floor Wi-Fi information on the desk should be a QR code reader. Having to manually enter information is just a hassle. It's easy to make and inexpensive, so give it a try. Overall, the hotel was very clean and meticulous, and I was very satisfied. The nearby Hotel Crystal Plaza is also a related company, isn't it? However, I think I was more satisfied with this one. It was a great hotel that I would definitely stay at again if I had the opportunity. By the way, Sakurako, who was complaining about the high price, do you usually stay in hotels around 3,000 yen? It's not expensive at all...it's just that you didn't book properly. If you knew the price when you booked and looked at the images in other people's reviews, you would have known what kind of hotel it was...this is really just a complaint. Even for one adult, the price was less than a third of yours, right? You forgot your luggage, and then wrote a bad review of the hotel, saying the shipping fee was higher than the staff told you over the phone, ignoring your own incompetence...shame on you! (in Ishimaru's style) I think people like this are probably also arrogant and condescending in their attitude. From the perspective of both the hotel and other guests, I think it would be better for them not to allow guests of such low quality to stay here. Don't forget that there is a possibility that they didn't want you to come back and deliberately avoided using "sama" or "onchu". If they felt that they were being allowed to use the service, rather than being in a higher position because they were paying money, I don't think they would write such a complaint-like review...if they were a person with common sense lol.
