I could not see the room at all because i never managed to check in. Book via Agoda for 6/2 to 8/2/2026, only when we arrived the location we realised there is no front staff, nor it was mentioned in the agoda listing that you need to do self-check in. We obviously emailed the property and ask how can we check in, but received no response. We then reached out to Agoda AI assistant, obviously of no help, and only been asked several times to call the property. We asked to be contacted via email, still no response. Then our only resort is to ask Agoda to cancel of find us an alternative, but to no avails. After almost relentlessly talking to AI and customer rep for 4 hrs, we managed to found someone who is willing to lend us their phone and translate for us, as this turns out, the staff could not speak the slightest english and bare in mind its the hotel policy that the clients need to call them for a check in instruction. And the staff said our booking has already been cancelled, while agoda kept asking us to call the property. So if you don't speak japanese, don't normally like to pay for roaming surcharge for calls, and don't want to end up like us searching for a hotel frantically in the middle of the street, don't ever choose this hotel.

Very nice experience. The staff is very helpful, we had a traffic jam on the day of arrival, but he waited us and provided professional service. The hotel is clear and we enjoyed. The parking site was a bit snall but the staff changed to a bigger parking site for us. So satisfied.

The owner's attitude was terrible. He had already given me the flight arrival time, and he kept updating me on my location. From arrival, luggage pickup, and car pickup... he kept asking me to coordinate with his service schedule instead of serving guests. He wasn't always polite, and check-in was very worrying! The floor in the room was creaky, dusty, the bed frame was tattered, and the curtains let in light... While the price was reasonable, you have to accept that you're checking in for the owner's service, not him serving you.
