Rooms were cleaned, and if asked cleaned everyday. Small minus for bathroom as it looked not very modern. Balcony was ok, but since view was towards nothing we didnt use it for scenery. Pools was nice and clean. Sun in pool area between 11am to 17pm. Reseptionist were very helpfull with getting taxis and tuktuks from the hotel, and also helped getting clothes washed for a small cost. Location was close to essential stores and plenty og massages, cafes and small resturants and some bars. It was never noisy at night. It was not super sentral so we used tuktuk and taxis to get to sentral hua hin. Perfect place for a family not going out late. We rented 2 rooms, and one room was never any issues with, while the other room had minor troubles with shower water and air condition. The local handyman helped with these problems at once and fixed it in a few minutes. Overall a great stay and would stay again.

Nice budget hotel, beds a little harder but ok. I booked through booking com but I didn't get any information about the deposit so you know you have to pay a deposit of 300 baht. Neat and clean hotel. Nice pool, clean and fresh water, comfortable and clean rooms. Ok location. Quiet place. Hotel staff friendly and professional. I have no complaints. I would freely recommend it as one of the better budget hotels in the lower category.
