During my recent trip to Buon Ma Thuot, I chose to stay at Thanh Mai Hotel at 170 Ngo Quyen Street and found it to be a very worthwhile choice. As a first-time visitor to the city, I prioritized a convenient location for easy transportation, and Thanh Mai met that expectation perfectly. The hotel is located right in the city center, making getting around extremely convenient. From here, I could easily catch a taxi or rent a car to get to Buon Ma Thuot Airport in about 15-20 minutes. In addition, popular attractions like Dray Nur Waterfall, Ko Tam tourist area, and the Coffee Museum are also easily accessible. In the evening, I could even walk around the city center to eat, have coffee, and experience the rhythm of Buon Ma Thuot without having to travel too far. My first impression upon entering the hotel was its spacious and airy atmosphere. The lobby was clean and bright, creating a pleasant feeling right from the start. My room was very neatly cleaned, with pristine white bedsheets, clean floors, and no unpleasant odors. The furnishings, while not overly elaborate, were fully equipped with essential amenities such as air conditioning, a TV, strong Wi-Fi, and a clean private bathroom. After a day of sightseeing, returning to such a comfortable room was truly relaxing. What I appreciated most about Thanh Mai was the attentiveness of the staff. From check-in to check-out, the staff were always cheerful, enthusiastic, and helpful, providing information about tourist attractions or transportation services. Once, when I asked about local specialty restaurants, they gave very detailed recommendations, even giving specific directions. This friendliness made me feel welcome at home. The breakfast at the hotel was also a big plus. The menu is quite extensive, featuring Vietnamese dishes like pho, vermicelli, rice, and light snacks such as bread, eggs, and fresh fruit. The food is neatly presented, clean, and well-seasoned. I especially liked the hot dishes, which were carefully prepared, not too greasy, and always replenished promptly when running low. For a hotel in this price range, the quality of breakfast truly exceeded my expectations. Regarding price, I found Thanh Mai to be very affordable considering its location and the quality of service it offers. It's a suitable choice for independent travelers, families, or business travelers looking for clean, comfortable accommodation without breaking the bank. In summary, my stay at Thanh Mai Hotel in Buon Ma Thuot was a very positive experience. If I have the opportunity to return to Dak Lak, I will still consider choosing this hotel as my accommodation because of its convenience, comfort, and value.
