I checked in from 7 February 2026 until 16 February 2026 in Room #04-18. I am currently working in the Accor Hospitality group as a General Manager, so I usually pay close attention to service standards during my stays. There are a few areas that I believe need improvement. When I first checked in, the initial room provided on Level 2 was not satisfactory. The sofa bed was completely covered with bowls and items, which was not acceptable. When I went down to the reception to raise the issue, the Chinese staff member at the front desk was very unprofessional and did not take any action regarding my complaint, which was quite disappointing. I then asked to speak with the manager. The staff member informed me that the manager would arrive around 9:00 AM, so I waited at the reception. Around 9:00 AM, the manager, RK, arrived. I explained the situation to him, and he personally came to inspect the room. RK handled the situation very professionally and within one hour he showed me another room, which met my expectations. I was very happy with the way RK managed the situation and with his service quality as a manager. Around the fourth day of my stay, there was also an air-conditioning issue. Once again, RK together with the Indian maintenance staff came at night and resolved the problem promptly, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I am happy with my stay, but there are still a few areas that need improvement. For example, the Chinese front desk staff do not greet guests when they enter or leave the property and often remain seated using their laptops without standing up, which appears unprofessional from a hospitality perspective. Additionally, one of the female staff members could improve her English communication slightly. Despite these points, I am giving a service rating of 5 mainly because of RK, who demonstrated excellent leadership, professionalism, and guest handling as a manager.

Very dated place. Almost time for renovation on this place. A lot of smell in the room. The bed was dirty. Felt very uncomfortable. My last time I will book here
