After driving 24 hours with my family, we decided to finally rest and stay here. We were tired, hungry, and in much need of a hot shower. The staff was pretty rude. It felt like I had to apologize asking and paying for a room and paying for the animal fee because of how the front desk was treating us. When asked they said no extra pillows, no extra blankets are allowed. Odd but okay. The cleaning women we walked past I hit her cart as I’m carrying my cat and two bags, I immediately apologized just for her to utter foul things in Spanish where I then replied to her in Spanish as Im a native speaker even if I don’t look it. She seemed surprised and walked away. The room at first glance was wow this is nice until you actually start to settle in to see the holes in the wall, the dirt and random dirty streaks on the wall. The rug was grimy and sticky. I never took my shoes off if that gives you any idea. We had to move the bed because my cat ran behind the open space between the wall and bed just to see they clearly have never moved this with all the dust, dirty trash and SOCKS back there. I felt so disgusted I had to use the only two pillows we had in the room to block my cat from going back there again. The shower had hair on the wall and ceiling. The towels only fit a small child but they were also not cleaned/ treated well as you could see stains. Overall I wish we don’t stay there and had we not been so tired we would have left. I will never stay there again and I highly encourage anyone else to find something better.

Honestly the whole stay was unpleasant. The bed was extremely hard and both my partner and me had been struggling with back pain since staying here. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling in multiple spots. The breakfast was only open for a short period so we don’t even wake up in time to be able to get anything. Definitely recommend looking somewhere else.
