That $$496 New Year's eve dinner definitely wasn't worth it!! That was very disappointing and I had an early reservation and the worst seat in the house..yep!!; (The kitchen door way) Other than that I got to experience the Ballantyne and that's that's!!

VERY POOR RELIABILITY! Booked a room over 2 months ago, was notified a week before my work trip that my room had been given away to a "special" event. No compromises were made, expected me to stay in their lackluster sister hotel, offered no discount either. Do not recommend you bother booking here unless you are "special" enough.
