Love the rooms & pool but the breakfast is one of the worst in Bali. If they can fix that we will stay again. Always plenty of staff but the food is unimpressive & poor quality, buffet choices not hot and the cold food is always dried out & inedible. Warm smoothies on display & poor quality juices that are also warm.

This hotel really amazed me with its staffing. Every single type of staff is so kind and thoughtful, from the waiters to the security to the receptionist. The hotel is also located right infront of a beach, so it’s very easy to go there. Me and my family got a free upgrade to the top room and it was absolutely beautiful. The pool and dining area was also comfortable and clean and nice. It is also very near to several beach clubs and cafes and shops.
