I liked that you could take a boat directly from the beach next to the hotel, that the ground floor rooms in each building had direct access to the pool, and that there was a fitness room.

I would like to pass along my unfortunate experience while at the Beachfront Hotel. · There was no toilet paper in the room (requested from front desk) · None of the English TV channels were working (had a member of the hotel come to the room) · The hotel ran out of room towels and had no solution (requested from the front desk multiple times and was brought one pool towel for two people.) · After the first night I woke up with bug bites from head to toe on my body, pictured attached. I would classify this as bed bugs allegedly. · Checkout took 15 mins, too long. · I laid out by the pool and there was trash and no one at the “pool bar” . It is a forgotten part of the hotel. When walking around barefoot there were multiple bottle tops that could have cut someone’s foot. Was not welcoming at all. I had no clue where to put my used towels and just left them at the bar. (Picture attached.) I toured Asia for a month and can say this was my worst hotel experience and would definitely not recommend it. Now I just want my invoice, and you can’t even provide that. Worst stay in Thailand. I've been all over for 3 weeks in this beautiful country. But this hotel is not how it's advertised. The room smelled foul. Tried to call front desk for my wifi password and realized the phone didn't work. Front desk sent someone to check and it wasn't plugged in. He found a jack on a different table and it didn't work. He came back 10 min later with another man and they had to pull my bed out to find a jack and that didn't work. At this point I didn't care. It was 12:30 am and I wanted to sleep. I tried to tell them multiple times I didnt want the phone fixed anymore. They kept trying to play with the phone jack while sprawled on my bed. The bed was one of the worst I've had ever. Felt like a plywood sheet. Also my bedside table lamp didn't work because the plug was pulled off the wires. This hotel needs so much work.
