Aside from someone opening the door for us on arrival (arguably the highlight of the stay), nothing about the experience stood out. The room was fine in the most basic sense, but certainly not worthy of the price or reputation. the room was stocked with one of each size towel for two people. The hotel also doesn’t accept Apple/tap pay and is a little dusty in the lobby. These aren’t luxury complaints; they’re baseline expectations. Overall, it managed to turn what should’ve been an exciting NYC stay with my girlfriend, into something completely forgettable which is honestly impressive lol.

Really bad experience, fire alarm ringing 3 mornings at 5am for 3 days without anyu explanation, if you are guest of the hotel you have to book breakfast and also in this case you are not sure to be served. 40$ destination fee totally not explained at our arrival. this all for about 500-600 dollars per night. Absolutely not suggested.
