I recently stayed at The Beekman at Thompson Hotel, and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with stunning architecture and a lovely ambiance that makes it a great place to relax. However, I must express my disappointment with the staff. While the reception staff and the baggage porters were amazing—especially the Muslim girl who was incredibly welcoming and helpful—the experience quickly soured with other team members. The lounge staff, room service, and concierge were, unfortunately, rude, incompetent, and uncooperative. It’s frustrating how the attitude of some staff members can overshadow an otherwise fantastic stay. Their lack of professionalism really impacted my overall experience, and I left feeling quite let down.

Awesome Hotel. Great Staff. Magnificent Food. Quality Drinks. Two pool areas that have stunning views. Pool staff that takes awesome care of you. (Treat yourself to a cabana)! The whole vibe of the place is cool. When you look at the prices, they may seem high, but everything was worth every penny.

Felt like royalty for this double birthday celebration with family at The Cape Hotel. With the upgraded suite to balloon decoration in room and EXCEPTIONAL staff we can't help but be repeat customers...(coming back in December)...shout out to pool staff: Fernanda Avalos, Fabian, Dario, Hugo, Luis and Lenny (pool Concierge )...plus Fernanda at Concierge desk who arranged our night in town with private driver/dinner....I even notified Alan at the front desk of our positive experience....because to have these RARE TEAM MEMBERS on staff shows that upper mgmt is doing something RIGHT...plz DO NOT LET these employees go as they are an asset to The Cape Team. Thx U!!
