The only thing good about customer service at this hotel was their valet, the front desk agents are extremely rude, even the Concierge baggage handler is rude. They do not know how to talk to people. They don’t value their customers. They treat you as if they’re doing you a favor for spending money at their hotel. Not to mention the elevators Are always broken with a long line of people waiting to use one small elevator it’s ridiculous.

I was concerned by some bad reviews, but can confidently say that this was a great hotel. Nicely renovated, quiet, convenient location. They offer airport transfer service too, and it's priced competitively with Uber while providing a much better experience.
