This is a terrible establishment. I'm not a hotel guest; I was just passing by, didn't have my phone, and when I asked if I could make a call, the person at the reception didn't even look at me and said no. May God protect us from such a situation.

The room we were given was not in the hotel building, but in a separate building that did not resemble a hotel at all, nor did it look like the room shown in the pictures. The heating was not working and the room was extremely cold. When we informed the reception staff, they told us that the air conditioning was not working, apologized, and said they could give us a heater and move us to another room in the hotel in the morning. We never received a heater and had to go to the reception several times to ask for one. Finally, after 1 a.m., they gave us an outdoor heater, which was very dangerous and posed a serious fire risk, so we had to turn it off very quickly. We got sick because it was so cold. The next day, we brought our luggage to the reception as instructed and went for a walk. After that, a receptionist named Berke told us that they had no other rooms available and that he was sorry, even though he had promised us a different room, and said that we could leave if we wanted because he had no other solution. Eventually, they moved us to a room downstairs (in the same building, not in the hotel), where the air conditioning worked that night, but did not work the next day or for the following two days. There was a strong draft coming from the window, with a gap between the window and the frame. Worst of all, the staff deny ever saying or promising anything and only tell us to “sit.” The breakfast food is very monotonous and not fresh. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, as I suffered a lot during this trip because of it.

The location was very good, but everything else was disappointing. We stayed at the hotel for four days, and the air conditioning did not work for two of those days. When we reported this to the hotel staff, they only offered us an extra blanket. This was a big disappointment for us. The only thing we truly liked was the view from the hotel.
