I had a negative experience with this hotel. The unpleasant situation began after I accidentally spilled coffee and milk on the bed. The hotel charged us 3,950 baht (about 10,000 rubles) for the stains on the linens. Supposedly, we ruined all the bedding. When we asked why we couldn't just wash it, they said the stains wouldn't come out. We decided to take the linens to the laundry. They refused, saying they would only wash them in the hotel laundry using expensive chemicals. Then we called the manager and, in front of her, washed them with regular soap under the sink—all the stains came out without any problem. You should have heard the tone she spoke to me in. After realizing we weren't going to pay the full fine, the hotel still charged us 600 baht for laundry. We never saw the staff smile again. No one even greeted us at reception. We travel frequently, this is our fifth time in Thailand, but we've never seen such treatment. Before checking into your room, we recommend taking photos of all imperfections and defects, otherwise you'll be charged a hefty fine. And God forbid you make a mess! I don't recommend this hotel; the staff's attitude is disgusting!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We only stayed 24 hours, but I really wanted to leave a review for the receptionist, POO (if I'm not mistaken about her name). She was absolutely lovely to us. We had several problems during our trip, and she helped us tremendously: she helped us get our SIM cards delivered when we were staying in Koh Lanta, and then she found us a taxi to the airport in Phuket when there weren't any left and a driver had given us the wrong address. Honestly, she did everything she could to help us, always with a smile, and was incredibly kind and patient. So sweet and truly professional. Plus, the hotel is really nice, well-located, and the rooms are spotless. Thank you again to her; she really saved the end of our trip 🙏

Overall, it's a great option for a 3-star hotel. Good service and cleaning. Comfortable beds and pillows, the room was nice. The window overlooked the stairs inside the hotel, but we knew it was very quiet. The only downside is that the bathroom door is glass, so you can see your silhouette. Another downside is that the water constantly runs cold, then hot. Otherwise, everything is fine. 5-7 minutes to the sea. There's a small pool.
