Great value, clean, and friendly staff. Stayed in Room 208. Single room, 1 night, 1 person, 6,650 yen Public Bath While it's not a hot spring, the public bath is free-flowing, so it's very clean. Room The room was clean and well-maintained. It was more than enough space for sleeping. There was plenty of room to spread out my suitcase. Air purifier, deodorizing spray, refrigerator, one water bottle, paper slippers, and cleansing lotion (the amenities are minimal, so if you have sensitive skin, I recommend bringing your own). Room Sink and Bathtub The bathroom in the room is a unit bath, but the bathtub is new and clean, so it's not unpleasant at all. The curtain separating the bathtub and sink was spotless. The sink was also clean and free of limescale. (Since it's a unit bath, I wouldn't recommend it for people who don't like the bathroom and toilet being in the same room.) Staff Service The service was excellent. Despite their intimidating appearance, the staff were courteous. (When I went to the bath, I didn't realize there were razors in the room, so I asked the front desk if there were any. They said there were, but they gave me two just in case, one for dinner and one for breakfast. (Of course they were in the room.) Even at luxury hotels, some staff members are not as tactful, so the staff were incredibly kind, which is hard to believe coming from a 6,650 yen hotel. (I don't accept the lame excuse that, at a luxury hotel, you can just call someone.) I felt they were courteous at every step. Thank you. (This review is based solely on the quality of a business hotel, so please don't misunderstand. As a business hotel, it's perfect.)

There was no call available from the vending machine. The loungewear was not thin, but a sturdy jersey type with pants that were about three-quarter length, so there was no need for sweatpants.
