The room was lovely and well kept, the location was blocks away from the red and brown lines as well as multiple buses. The remote check in process was a bit of a surprise, but was easy enough to handle. We are very glad we gave this place a try!

WARNING: DO NOT STAY - CHARGED EXTRA $300 Trust me when i say you DO NOT want to stay here. The location does not forgive the space First when you try to enter, the door is locked. There is a sign taped with a number to call and you hope someone will open the door for you Then it takes 30 min to check in because the front desk lady isn't capable of doing her job which is checking in. But note during check in you are charged an EXTRA $300 on top of the already paid price because this is a "resort fee" but don't worry they justify it with Beer vouchers (which i don't even drink) and $10 dinner voucher for the restaurant (from 5-11p) next door which closes at 4p on Sunday and CLOSED Mon and Tues which was our whole stay. So we couldn't use any of them and we tried to tell the front desk we don't want to pay the extra fee and do not need the vouchers and this was unclear to us She said "i need to text my manager". Couldn't even call. It was 4p on a Sunday. You need to have a supervisor available to contact if you need help or need to help a customer. Do not stay if you made it this far. The location, the room, nothing was worth it Called to talk to the number online and they said “I didn’t pay in full” when the 3rd party site clearly said I did. And no where does it state the extra fees It’s understandable if it’s fees like $50 but $300 is a whole room stay They gave vouchers I don’t care for and can’t use and I returned them but now calling the number online says I can use them elsewhere vs next door so this reception here is terrible at communication if she’s giving vouchers without saying when or where we can use then taking them back vs convincing us to take them
