I stayed at this hotel in Eton and the experience was excellent in every respect. The staff, very British in the best possible way, were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. Even small issues were handled promptly and always with a genuine smile, which really makes a difference. The breakfast is truly five-star, with a wide variety of options and high-quality products. As a non-British guest, I particularly appreciated the flexibility with coffee options, something that is not always guaranteed in the UK. The breakfast team deserves special mention: elegant, attentive, professional and impeccable, always present without ever being intrusive. I also really appreciated the complimentary The White Company toiletries, which were of excellent quality, as well as the generous in-room amenities: plenty of coffee, tea, biscuits, a kettle and cups, all readily available. These thoughtful touches made the stay especially comfortable. The heating was excellent, efficient and perfectly regulated, which was very welcome. On the day of check-out, the hotel happily stored our luggage, allowing us to enjoy the rest of the day without any concerns. The location is beautiful, set along a quiet and charming lane that feels peaceful and relaxing. Although the room was one of the smaller ones, it had everything you could possibly need: well laid out, quiet, sufficiently spacious and with high-quality bed linen, ensuring a great night’s sleep. A calm atmosphere, a lovely setting and a team that truly understands hospitality. I will definitely return if I am in the area again. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A nice place to stay for the night. Asked for a ground floor room, which is convenient for us. Parked right in front and moved luggage to the room. Room is right size for us, simple decorations. Service at check in and breakfast were good 👍 short walk (abt 10 mins) to the Windsor Castle 👌the car park entrance is pretty narrow, so hv to ensure length of car fits 😆

A lovely hotel - not quite boutique in my opinion. Efficient staff, great choice of breakfast including GF included in price, handy to walk to main sights etc. Enjoyed our 2 nights.
