Very cute lobby, horrible customer service when we tried to merge two back-to-back bookings. Front desk staff were not helpful in this process and it took over 3 hours of phone calls to get it resolved. Most of the time front desk staff won't pick up the phone. There's a lounge and kitchen area that is the same area as the lobby, they serve alcohol and won't let you bring your own alcohol to the kitchen area because they want to sell you their own alcohol.

Staff stole from us by adding unauthorized tips twice (well over 20%) I wanted to love this hotel. It’s cozy and pet-friendly. But we caught a staff member stealing from us by adding an unauthorized tip to our bill — twice — and it was well above 20% each time. We ordered a bottle of wine ($40). On that first charge, the staff member processing the payment added a gratuity himself without asking. I didn’t catch it until later. When we ordered a second bottle, he did it again — and this time I caught it in real time, stopped the transaction, and confronted him. I told him two or three times that I intended to tip him and he didn’t need to do anything like that. He got visibly nervous and only tried to “fix” it after being caught the second time. Let’s be clear: a tip is the guest’s choice. Adding an inflated tip without consent is stealing. If he was comfortable doing it twice to us, I can only imagine how many tourists or guests have been charged without noticing. So management can identify him: tall, dark-haired male staff member with tattoos on his arm working bar/front service during our wine order. Management/ownership: audit that shift’s receipts and tip entries and address this directly. Guests: check your receipt line-by-line before you sign and keep a copy.

You should avoid this hotel, due to the snowstorm and the road has not been cleaned, we can't come here to ski, we contacted 2 days in advance but they still gave enough reasons not to refund you, be careful!
