Other than some Lavazza coffee with limited condiments, bottled water and expedited check-in...there are no real perks for higher Bonvoy Status. The person that checked me in upgraded my room and that was great. But, as the highest Bonvoy level, Ambassador Elite (100 nights/ year in Marriott properties) there isn't even a decent lounge. And, don't stumble into the MGM lounge next door or you'll be slightly rudely dismissed and told you don't belong there. Also, the valet was terrible to deal with when my wife went to grab something outta the car. She called down, was told she had to come down and go to the valet desk, then told to go downstairs to some unmarked door where she was promptly dismissed to go back to one of the other spots she was previously at. There was an employee that witnessed it all and actually mentioned that "sometimes valet just wants to get people their cars to leave because that's when they get tips". If that's the case...you've got a poor culture at this property. The room...broken makeup mirror haphazardly reattached to the wall. It almost fell outta the wall when my wife went to extend it. General cleanliness...pubic hairs all over the shower, tub and bathroom area. Looks like the big wall mirror had gotten broken at some point and they kinda "fixed" it by shoving another piece of mirror inside of the frame. Janky...to say the least. Nice property overall. Great view. The area around the bar just beyond check-in smells like raw sewage...odd. Chelsea, at check-in, was awesome. Just really nice and welcoming. Shaun, the bellman, was awesome. Really friendly and interesting guy. The valet situation mentioned previously will probably be the reason I don't stay there again. Oh yeah...random woman knocks and literally just walks in to check the room and mini fridge. Weird! I actually had to quickly cover up as I was in my bed naked. Great situation there!

Be prepared for a horrible check in experience. Currently here at 6pm and room isn’t ready with about 500 people in a similar position. Front desk indicates that check in can be as late as 11pm. I have never seen a hotel check in that late ever !

Stayed at the Cosmo for NYE this year for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. At check in, we were able to upgrade to a wrap around suite, which ended up being amazing for people watching. It was loud, but we expected that overlooking the strip. The hotel is perfectly situated for everything; shopping, dinner, fun. We ate at LPM, Secret Pizza, é by José Andrés and Jaleo. So, so easy to just toss on heels and walk downstairs. I highly recommend the tasting menu and wine at LPM (Delicious!). The rooms are starting to look slightly dated, so I'm glad that they are giving them a facelift in 2027, but won't stop us from staying here again for a friends trip this summer!
