I’ve stayed at plenty of autograph collection hotels with Marriott with no issues as a military member , while this hotel was very beautiful and has great potential the customer service and hospitality was very poor from the front desk member all the way to the “property manager”. This place was a sad let down . Maybe they did not provide such service due to my specific demographic , I’m not sure but it was unprofessional and unacceptable.
