Very disappointed with how Curzon Court handled our situation. Due to the current war situation and airspace closures, we were unable to travel to our destination. While I understand the hotel has a no refund policy, I expected at least some level of consideration given the extraordinary circumstances. I was not even asking for a full refund, only for the remaining unused days of our booking. What makes this more disappointing is that we are regular guests who stay at Curzon Court every year for our bowling tournament, so we have supported this hotel consistently. When I tried to speak with management, the front office staff member Malya informed me that there were no managers available and that nothing could be done. No alternative contact or escalation option was provided, and the interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. In difficult times like these, a little empathy and flexibility go a long way, especially for loyal returning customers. I would really appreciate it if the hotel management or owner could review this matter and contact me directly to discuss a resolution.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The place was filthy, hygiene standards were extremely poor, and the overall maintenance was shocking. Service was equally terrible. When I tried to raise a concern, the front desk staff responded with rude, aggressive behavior and even used abusive language. Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone who values basic cleanliness, safety, and respectful treatment to stay far away from this hotel.

All the rooms are very shabby. Images are fake lot of noise. You cannot sleep properly and staff is very rude, especially on the front desk. When I asked about the cleaning they were talking rudely. They don’t know how to behave with customers front desk specifically act like rowdy when we ask for any help, absolutely pathetic services if you are from a decent family or a decent person, never ever book any hotel room in this hotel had extremely bad experience in this hotel stayed with my family and they don’t know how to treat customers. Services and everything I can still understand, but the hygiene is important on top of Baby. Talk about it. The front desk person is absolutely pathetic in terms of behaviour.
