The stay at Dubai Edition was well enough, the scent in the lobby captivated me as soon as I went in. However, an issue that was quite bad was the carpet. It was old and worn out, and once I entered the room it had a stuffy smell. The managers tried to change rooms for us and service us the best they could but a carpet problem is not hard to fix. We ended up staying with our rooms and it was still a good experience! The concierge, managers, and door men were extremely helpful as well!

We came 2:45 for check in but now 16;20 we still wait lobby for check in very bad hotel very bad services who work very bad. It’s crazy normally checkout time 12:00 why we wait for check in 90 minutes I didn’t understand they are not professional
