This was our 4th trip to Thailand, and staying at this hotel gave us the most beautiful experience we’ve ever had. The location of the hotel, the beach, the peaceful silence, the nature and views were all amazing. Most of all, the warm smiles and helpfulness of all the staff made everything truly perfect. We spent 8 nights in paradise and were genuinely sad to leave. <3

Good day ladies and gentlemen. I was at your resort. Right at the beginning, a pleasant receptionist greeted us and arranged everything. We were given rooms 3209 and 3303. It was a complete disaster. Old shabby furniture, but that wouldn't be the worst tragedy. The room was stinking, musty and damp. With every breath I took, I thought my lungs were going to explode when mold spores got into them. The air conditioning spewed out more spores that we breathed in. Unfortunately, it was the same in the second room. We tried to air it all out and unfortunately it wasn't possible. I don't understand why nowadays someone can't disinfect the room and air conditioning with a regular ozone generator. The restaurant by the sea has also been through a lot. Cracked boards on the counters, dirt is visible in the joints. That's why we didn't actually stay in the room or in the resort. The garden was quite well maintained despite the fact that every other gardener was busy with his mobile phone. However, those blue pipes that were there as an installation in nature were terrible in that greenery. I don't know if other people had other rooms and that's why they gave a rating of 5. For us, I wouldn't give a single point for the accommodation. It would be nice if someone from the management slept in one of the rooms from time to time. They would probably understand that the rooms are long gone and I don't think they have earned the renovation and especially the daily ozone disinfection. I would not recommend this accommodation.
