The property is decent and the staff is nice and courteous. Its very close to WTP which keeps you close to a lot of outlets there.

I would like to share my feedback regarding our recent stay at this property. While we appreciated the good room facilities, quality of food, and the helpful attitude of your staff, there were several areas of serious concern that affected our overall experience: Rooftop Pool Condition: We were unable to use the rooftop pool as it was completely covered with dove droppings, feathers, and dirt. Several doves were bathing and drinking from the pool, making it unsafe, especially for children. My son was extremely disappointed. I have video evidence of the condition, if required. Limited Food Menu: Although the food quality was good, the menu options were quite limited and could be improved along with the restaurant space. Room Cleanliness Issues: The room cleaning was below expectations. There was visible dust behind the entrance door and a spider web between the wall and the flower vase. Washroom Cleaning Concerns: After the washroom cleaning, the tissue roll was not replaced, and used tissue was left in the toilet closet without being flushed. I have photographic evidence if needed. Privacy Issue Due to Connecting Door: The room provided had a connecting door (locked from the hotel's side), but we could clearly hear the other family staying next door, which compromised our privacy. Delayed Check-in: Despite arriving at 4:15 PM, well after the 3:00 PM check-in time, we were made to wait for more than 20 minutes to receive our room key. No valid explanation was provided. Room Key Malfunction: The room key stopped working every time we left the room. We had to replace the key more than three times during our stay. These issues significantly affected the comfort and quality of our experience.
